## 03 — 업무가 흐르는 방식

업무는 이름이 붙은 단계를 지나고, 되돌릴 수 없는 모든 행동은 이름이 붙은 게이트 뒤에 있습니다. 게이트는 기본값이 켜짐입니다. 운영자가 워크스페이스 전체를 세 단계 사이에서 옮기고, 사람 없이 무엇이 진행될지는 모델의 기분이 아니라 그 설정이 결정합니다.
